Rosa Moreno-Livni currently works in institutional business development as a capital raiser for small managers in the private markets. She drives fundraising strategies and pipeline expansion across defined benefit channels plus endowment & foundation pools of assets. Her sales strategy is technical in nature; combining the use of deep research with in person interaction to align performance, investment strategy with investor demand. Her diplomatic training enables her to identify and engage with the C-Suite; with many of her relationships including CEOs and CIOs.

Moreno-Livni served as a managing partner at REM Partners, LLC, where she sourced contracts focused on investments and third party marketing and diplomacy. Contracts included serving as Advisor to the President of the Dominican Republic where she negotiated a $500M bond issuance by the domestic Mortgage Agency. Another contract required her to develop a sales strategy for a start up hedge fund and execute the roadshow. As VP of marketing at Progress Investment Management Co., she worked directly with the President of the firm and served as the face of Progress to institutional investors nationwide, sourcing capital raising opportunities, deepening relationships and cross selling to existing clients.

Moreno-Livni holds two master’s degrees: One from Johns Hopkins (SAIS) focused on Latin America Economic Development and the other from the London School of Economics focused on Political Economy. Outside of work, Moreno-Livni is committed to giving back by volunteering in the arts, architecture, sports and civic education. She speaks five languages, is an avid global traveller, reader and learner.
